Questions
How do I get my course after paying?
Self-paced videos appear in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. For live and in-person classes we email you a one-time code, which is your ticket, and live class links show up in your dashboard.
How long does it take to confirm my payment?
We check each M-PESA payment and confirm it, usually quickly during working hours. You get an email as soon as it's done.
Can I watch the videos on my phone?
Yes. Videos play in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
Can I share my account with a friend?
No. Your account can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time, and signing in on another device signs out the oldest one.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the log-in page, choose "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a reset link. It works for one hour.
